FNESI is committed to providing employment services for clients of the NRRM that supports clients in achieving and sustaining employment. FNESI has a long-standing reputation with job seekers, employers, and community agencies for providing accountable and effective services.

Mission Statement
FNESI has a strong community presence and knows as a culturally sensitive community service provider with considerable experience working with individuals that have faced multiple barriers to employment.
FNESI is committed to delivering a full suite of employment programs and services to unemployed and precariously employed British Columbians and eligible clients in the NRRM. With short-term and long-term interventions available, we provide assistance to both find and maintain employment.
FNESI strives to provide employment-related services to the community that provides the most effective, suitable, and direct route for Clients to achieve attachment or re-attachment to the labour market through a sustainable employment opportunity.
